Teri brings over 20 years of expertise of Peninsula real estate, continuing a proud tradition as a second-generation REALTOR®. Having weathered the ups and downs of our local real estate market - Teri brings a perspective to her clients that only few can provide. Beyond her high level of experience, she is known for excellent service, which achieves consistent results above and beyond client expectations. Her enthusiasm and proven marketing and negotiating skills have earned her respect throughout the real estate industry, but most important, her success is driven by her ability to transform a client's dreams into a rewarding reality.


Teri has an intimate perspective of the Peninsula's neighborhoods - She was born and raised in San Carlos, Belmont and Redwood City- enabling her to provide a point of view and history about individual neighborhoods that can only come from a long history of living and working in this area. Having been raised here, she has local knowledge of the schools, as well as community amenities plus a life-long network of personal and professional connections in the area, all contributing to the success that her clients have achieved with their real estate transactions.

Teri received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Chico State University and currently lives in Edgewood Park with her husband Patrick and three children Gianna, Jack and Patrick.
